Warranty Information

Liberty Blankets Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Liberty Blankets are covered by a by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. 

The products eligible for the Limited Lifetime Warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. 

If you would like to submit a warranty claim, please send us an email by clicking the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page. In the email, please describe the reason for submitting a warranty claim. We may ask you for additional information including a photo. If the warranty claim is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the blanket. Upon receipt of your blanket, we will ship you a replacement.

Damage and wear and tear not covered under warranty:

Liberty Blankets are built durably and should withstand significant normal use, but even the most durable products have their limits. If you find the limit of your blanket and would like to replace it with a new one, please reach out to us, tell us about the adventures you've had with your blanket, and we'll make you a deal on a new one.
