Returns and Exchanges

Returns Policy:
- Product returns for money back
- The return must be submitted within 45 days of the date of purchase
- Product must be in unused, re-sellable condition.
- The refund will be for the full purchase price minus the cost of shipping
- We will process the refund upon receipt of the returned product
- Returns for store credit
- Returns submitted after 45 days
- Product must be in unused, re-sellable condition
- Store credit will be applied to your account upon receipt of the returned product
To return a product, send us an email by clicking the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the page and explain the product and reason for the return. Please write “RETURN” in the subject line.
Exchange Policy:
Products that are in unused, re-sellable condition may be exchanged for other products of equal or lesser value at any time. You pay the shipping costs for returning the product, and we will pay the shipping cost of sending the new back product to you.
To exchange a product, send us an email by clicking the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the page and explain the product and reason for the exchange. Please write “EXCHANGE” in the subject line.
